2.Educational Content, Not Advice

Everything we publish, including courses, videos, indicators, tools and chat, is education and general information.

Nothing we publish is individualized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the risk of losing more than the amount you invested.

Past results, member results and examples are not typical and are not a guarantee of future performance. Make your own decisions, and decide with a licensed professional.

3.Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or older to use our services.

You must be able to form a binding contract, and you must not be barred from using our services under any law that applies to you.

4.Accounts and the Community

• 4.1 Accounts
  Create your account with accurate information, and keep one account per person. Accounts are for real people. No bots, no impersonation, no shared or automated accounts. Keep your login credentials private.

• 4.2 Community rules
  When you use the community, the Wins channel, chat or any other member space, follow these rules:

  • Be respectful of other members
  • No harassment or hostile behavior
  • No spam
  • No promoting other services or communities
  • No sharing member content outside the community
  • Post your wins honestly

• 4.3 Moderation
  Moderators may remove content that breaks these rules, and may mute or ban members who don't follow them.

• 4.4 Deleting your account
  You can delete your account at any time. In the Friendly Trader app, go to You, then Delete my account. You can also reach out through Whop support.

5.Subscriptions and Billing

Paid memberships are sold and billed through Whop, under Whop's own terms.

• Prices are shown to you at checkout.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel any time. Your access continues through the period you already paid for.
• Refunds follow the policy shown to you at checkout.

6.Your Content

You own what you post.

You grant Nala Financial LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content inside our services. For wins you post to the Wins channel, that license also covers featuring your content inside the app.

You are responsible for what you post.

7.Our Content

Our courses, videos, indicators, tools, data and the Friendly Trader app are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Don't copy, resell, scrape or share member content outside the community.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We don't warrant that they are accurate, timely, available without interruption, or fit for any particular purpose. Market data may be delayed or wrong.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nala Financial LLC is not liable for your trading losses, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10.Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless Nala Financial LLC against claims arising from your use of our services, your content, or your breach of these terms.

11.Apple Devices

If you use the Friendly Trader app on an Apple device, the license for the app is between you and Nala Financial LLC, not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple's only warranty obligation, if any, is to refund the price you paid for the app.

Apple is not responsible for product claims or for any third-party intellectual property claim related to the app. By using the app, you confirm you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any government list of restricted or prohibited parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and Apple may enforce these terms against you.

12.Termination

We may suspend or end your access for breaking these terms.

Sections 2, 6 through 11 and 13 survive termination.

13.Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law.

Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
